Entertainers & Performers

We are looking for entertainment in all genres and forms, including, but not limited to: music, theatre, dance, circus arts, magicians and entertainers.

Please complete the entire application and submit all required information. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Your application will be reviewed by Staff, and we will contact you via email no less than 15 business days after we have received your information.

Deadline: Because our festivals and events are ongoing, there are no written deadlines. We will keep your information on file for up to 4 years for consideration.

The following is required in order to participate in any of these event: (You must fill out ALL forms and information below and submit them to SAACA).

Description of Music

Tell us about your group, including your style of music, number of band members, how long and where you have played locally, etc. If your group is selected, this information may be used to describe and promote your group in local advertisements and event brochures.

 

ELECTRICAL / SOUND REQUIREMENTS

Groups are responsible for insuring their performance equipment will not exceed the available power (all venues have a minimum of 20 amps). If you need additional power, please list your requirements below. Musical groups will be required to bring any and all required elements (mics & stands, power strips, music stands, stools, monitors, etc). SAACA usually provides PA, Monitors, backline and lights for most of our events.  Since each event is different, we will be in contact with you to discuss exactly what is needed from you.  If you are to provide your own PA System, then your output levels should allow for conversation at 75-100 feet, and your performance should be virtually inaudible at 600 feet.

 

 

 

OUR POLICY


It is the policy of this organization to provide equal opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age, or disability. SAACA does not intend to make an audio recording of your performance; however by accepting a position you authorize and release SAACA to take photos during your performance for promotional purposes
