This festival will sell out all available vendor space.  Apply early for guaranteed space.

Jury and Acceptance Notification
We will be conducting weekly juries for all artists.  You will be informed via email as to your acceptance into the festival within 10 business days after receiving your application.

Application Process
You may apply online (coming soon), via mail, fax (520-531-9225), or in person at the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance’s office located at 760 E Pusch View Lane, Oro Valley, AZ  85737 (approximately one mile north of El Conquistador Way on Oracle Rd).

Set Up
MANDATORY Saturday & Sunday; 7:00am-9:30am
Spaces will be assigned by SAACA staff as artists arrive at the site; and will be distributed throughout the shopping center. Artists will be required to remove all wares at 5 PM on Saturday and set up again on Sunday morning by 9:30 AM. Artists will not be able to drive into the shopping center and will have to carry wares from the parking lot to their space. Awards will be given by judges in the following categories: BEST OF SHOW, BEST: two dimensional, three dimensional, photography, jewelry, and functional.  Although wares must be removed overnight, there will be moderate overnight security if artists desire to leave tables and set ups overnight.

$150 - no commission taken

Space Details
8ft TABLE SPACES ONLY - NO CANOPIES, NO UMBRELLAS - 5ft deep x 10ft wide - No Displays over 6 feet high (this rule is STRICTLY enforced – fire code in the shopping center restricts any canopies or walls over 6 feet)

Electricity
YES (limited availability) for additional $25 charge

NOTES
There is no available overnight parking at the site.
