Vendors / Exhibitor Registration for Southern Arizona Festivals
Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance (SAACA) is the premier not-for-profit presenter of large-scale arts and cultural festivals, events and other programs in Southern Arizona. The Alliance exists to promote educational opportunities in the arts and culture for both the young and the old. In recent years, our organization's events and festivals have experienced phenomenal growth. This record of success and excitement has resulted in a large increase in the number and types of events and festivals we are producing each year.
Your company may take advantage of the tremendous exposure offered by participating as a vendor in our events. Being a SAACA vendor provides you with a very unique opportunity for hands-on experience of your product or service by a very diverse demographic.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor for any of our upcoming events, please fill in the information in the fields below and submit for consideration. We will send out vendor information to you via email, as we get the materials prepared for each event.
SAACA will assign all vendor spaces, giving consideration to longevity as a SAACA partner, size of desired booth space and product category when determining priority for assigning available space.

Information Request
SAACA reserves the right to approve or reject a request for exhibit space, if, at the sole discretion of show management, it is deemed that the desired profile of a SAACA vendor is satisfactorily reflected in that display. Likewise, a request for space may not be considered if it is in conflict with exclusive product representation granted to select sponsors, or if the classification of the vendor’s product already has reached a predetermined representation level.
